The Re-acclimation program represents a significant improvement on traditional approaches to therapy with the added benefits of the inclusion of modern approaches to therapy.
Re-acclimation is the process of returning a client to a state of oneness and comfort with his environment. This environment could mean a family situation in which the individual feels estranged or the society on the whole.
Many people have a very deep and painful sense of not belonging anywhere and as a result may develop social and personal anxiety when faced with an environment or situation where they feel they no longer belong.
Re-acclimation therapy builds the bridge which allows the individual to reintegrate and re-assert themselves as a valuable member of any social unit without shame, guilt or fear.
Re-acclimation is for individuals struggling to make sense out of life and becoming extremely frustrated when their efforts are not met with understanding, love and non-judgment.
Such individuals may include soldiers, formerly incarcerated family members, estranged fathers or mothers, and the list goes on. The point here is that a process needs to be had to re-establish communication first of all and then build on a solid foundation of what every individual wants out of the situation.
During this process, interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, Hypnotherapy, Chromatherapy may be used on participants in this process to expand their awareness of the spaces where they connect as opposed to where they differ.
Re-acclimation is. process involving technological, therapeutic and creative processes to bridge gaps between a client and his environment for a greater sense of belonging.
